The 36,000 sq ft office building was acquired in June 2021 as part of the 106,000 sq ft 1-2 Cathedral Square investment. 1 Cathedral Square was subsequently sold in January 2024 to a family office investor.
Monument retain the asset management and property management of this property, having extended the lease and negotiated an increase in rent since its original acquisition. The site holds a prominent location in the city centre, overlooking St Nicholas Cathedral.
