Monument Real Estate acts as operating partner and asset manager to private equity investors in regional real estate markets.  We focus on opportunities that optimise value for our partners through detailed due diligence and financing options followed by strong asset management and direct execution.

Monument Real Estate obtains opportunities off-market or typically ahead of formal marketing that fit the investment criteria of our partners. Our targets are value-add and core-plus opportunities in the key commercial property sectors in the North of England.

We currently have investor requirements for convenience retail shopping centres or parades, secondary offices, and assets that can be re-positioned with investment or development.

Monument Real Estate prepare detailed financial and business models based on our experience, market analysis and support from professional network.  We also advise on financing options, specific to each business plan and investor, based on our network in retail banks, challenger banks and private equity debt funds.

Monument Real Estate work in partnership with our investors with transparent reporting, clear communication and regular co-ordination throughout acquisition and ownership.  Our services include full management accounts, lender reporting, credit control and tenant liaison.
